We support all Crypto Wallets

Yes, in certain circumstances we can recover information from damaged wallet files.

If you send us your wallet, and we decrypt the password, then it would be possible for us to steal the money that the wallet holds (we won’t, but you can’t be sure of that).
Our answer is that we run a sustainable business, which has been in operation continuously for many years.
We have helped customers all over the world, and take this very seriously.

Normally we need the wallet file to recover, but for Bitcoin and Ethereum if you are computer Savvy we can most likely do without. If Wallet file is currupt that is a different story.

We have to refuse to work on wallets which are in the public domain. These are stolen and can be a legal issue.
Also, we will refuse any wallet which we have reason to suspect is not owned by the person who contacts us (or someone closely related to that person).

We normally don’t give up. Some extra complicated wallets may be pushed back until a solution is figured out.
